Holden Commodore VE Ute (2007 - 2013)

The VE Ute carried Holden’s long-running coupe-utility tradition onto the Zeta platform. It was more refined, safer and more sophisticated than earlier Commodore utes, while still keeping the simple appeal of a two-door rear-drive load carrier.

Its significance lies in how uniquely Australian it feels. In most markets, a vehicle like this would not exist: part passenger car, part commercial tool, part enthusiast platform. The VE Ute kept that tradition alive in modern form and became a favourite base for V6, SS and HSV variants.
