Mercedes-AMG C63s (2016 - 2026)

The C63 S became famous for putting a large AMG V8 personality into the compact executive-car class. In W205 form, the twin-turbocharged 4.0-litre V8 replaced the naturally aspirated 6.2-litre engine but kept the thunderous, rear-drive character that made the badge famous.

Its appeal comes from combining daily usability with a sense of barely contained aggression. The C63 S is important in AMG history because it represents one of the last compact Mercedes performance cars defined primarily by V8 sound, torque and traditional muscle-sedan attitude.
