Ferrari F50 (1995 - 1997)

The F50 followed the F40 with a completely different philosophy. Rather than turbocharged aggression, it used a naturally aspirated V12 derived from Ferrari’s Formula 1 thinking and mounted it as a structural element in the chassis, giving the car a direct motorsport connection.

It was more technically sophisticated and more open-air focused than the F40, yet for years it sat in the shadow of its predecessor. Today the F50 is increasingly valued for its rarity, sound and engineering ambition: it is one of the closest links between a road-going Ferrari and the company’s 1990s grand prix identity.
