Holden HSV GTS Maloo (2013 - 2017)

The HSV GTS Maloo took Australia’s performance-ute tradition to its most extreme factory-built point. By combining a Commodore utility body with HSV’s supercharged LSA V8 hardware, it created a vehicle that was half workhorse, half super sedan, and entirely Australian in attitude.

Its rarity and absurdity are central to its appeal. Few countries built V8 utes at all, and even fewer built them with this level of power and factory engineering. The GTS Maloo now stands as one of the wild final expressions of local performance manufacturing.
